GYMNASTICS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
OUR GYMNASTICS PARTIES
We offer children the wonderful opportunity to celebrate their birthday with a fun filled Gymnastics Party!! Parties are run by two fully qualified gymnastics coaches who will ensure your child has a party that they will talk about for a long time to come!
Our gymnastics parties offer lots of different activities for your child’s special day and include exclusive use of the whole gym! Parties include games, circuits, use of all the gymnastics equipment including the bars, beam, floor, vault, rings and trampoline.....and of course time for the birthday cake and party food in our party room!
Ages: Parties are run for children turning 5years - 12years. Any children under the age of 5 years who is attending as a party guest needs to have a parent/carer on the floor with them to assist as required.
When: Parties are held on Sundays from 10am - 12pm OR 12:30pm - 2:30pm. An afternoon time slot of 3pm - 5pm may be available upon request so please contact the club prior to booking.
Duration: Parties run for 2 hours. This includes 90 minutes of gymnastics activities and 30 minutes for party food.
Cost: $450 per party - with a maximum of 20 children permitted. If you wish to have more than 20 children, this must be pre approved and an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of an addition coach that will be required.
Party Food: We take care of all the fun filled gymnastics activities, whilst parents are responsible for providing the food and drink of their choice for their child's birthday. Party table and chairs are provided and there is a small fridge, freezer and microwave available for use.
Bookings and Payment: Bookings are available ONLINE for birthday parties. Full payment is required at the time of making your booking to secure your party date. Simply click on the Book Now button.
Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel your child's party booking, a non refundable $100 fee will be withheld for any cancellations made with more than two weeks notice, the remaining amount will be refunded to you upon request. If your cancellation is within the two week period prior to the party date, no refund will be given.
