Adult Gym
Hornsby RSL Gymnastics offers Adult Gym sessions for anyone aged 17years +. Whether you are an ex competitive gymnast or someone with little to no gymnastics experience but would love to give this sport a go, these sessions are for you!
Our Adult Gym session are semi structured to include warm up, strength and conditioning exercises whilst participants can then make the most of focussing their attention to the skills and drills that they would like to work on at their own pace.
Our qualified coaches are on hand to assist and guide you when needed, to ensure your Adult Gym journey is a positive experience.
Come and unleash your inner athlete while improving flexibility, coordination, and fitness in a fun and sociable environment!
Session Details:
Time: Mondays from 8pm - 9:30pm
Ages: Must be 17 years and over
Cost: $20 per session (+ annual registration and insurance - see below)
Annual Registration and Insurance = $35 per person
All Adult Gym participants must pay the annual registration and insurance fee prior to their first visit. This fee is payable once per year only and provides membership with Gymnastics NSW.
Our Adult Gym sessions run on a casual basis, simply book in when you would like to attend. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us!
